Netmarble USA acquires mobile game developer and is developing mobile game NBA Ball Stars

Netmarble US, the US subsidiary of Netmarble, recently acquired a stake in Los Angeles-based game development company Kung Fu Factory. Through this acquisition, Kung Fu Factory will become a subsidiary of Netmarble US.

Kung Fu Factory has developed mobile games such as WWE Champions, and Netmarble has worked with the company to develop the new NBA Ball Stars. The NBA Ball Stars is a new mobile game developed by Kung Fu Factory after Netmarble signed with the NBA.

Through this acquisition, the mobile game NBA Ball Stars has become the first game that Netmarble’s US branch is solely responsible for from development to release.

Regarding the acquisition, Simon Sim, CEO of Netmarble USA, said that Kung Fu Factory is the perfect partner in the development of NBA Ball Stars, and the game’s development ideas are surprisingly similar. I am very happy that such an excellent development company can become a member of the company.

Ricci Rukavina, CEO of Kung Fu Factory, said that he hopes to create an amazing future with Netmarble’s US branch, which has millions of players.
